Payment is required prior to the placement of any TAG. We do not accept

payment while tag is being placed.

 

Tag, You're It! reserves the right to refuse any order based on vulgar, crude

or negative language.

For the safety of everyone, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the sign

display. Our signage WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning,

sitting or playing on it.

If you have LAWN CARE scheduled, please arrange for them to come BEFORE the scheduled place of your TAG.

Please do not remove our signs from your lawn for any reason. If they need to be taken down early, let us know and we will take care of it. Any damage to signs during the placement period will be at the customer's expense.

TAG, You're It! and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.  This includes the duration of the signage rental period as outlined in your invoice.

All signs are property of TAG, You're It!   Signs are not yours to keep . You are responsible for any damage.

 

Taggers typically set up after dusk (unless arranged otherwise), and pick up approximately 24 hrs after signs are placed, unless extended as outlined in your invoice. 

 

We will not be able to place signs if there is lightning or severe hazardous weather.  If we are unable to set up your TAG because of severe weather, you will receive a full refund with 5 business days.

 

If you must cancel your TAG, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery in order to receive a full refund. If a TAG is canceled within 72 hours, only partial (50%)  refund will be given. If a PERSONALIZED TAG is canceled (specific name printed on signage), no refunds will be given.

We are currently booking 5 TAGS per day. If needed, we may contact you to setup an earlier placement time. If this occurs, there will be no additional fee. 

​

Please submit your TAG request at least 10 days prior to the event. If you need a TAG in a rush, please email us at tagyoureitsigns@gmail.com to confirm availability. A rush fee for any personalized signage may apply.
